%X As an important part of planned system,an abvious unintended consequence brought by the system of unit is that a special structure of “protection and restraint”is formed between system of unit and its members.The system of unit not only provides comparatively abundant material and social resources for urban citizens,but also restrains their rights and opportunities of selecting their life style on their own. From this,a type of closed and narrow cocial life scope is formed, with a stereotyped way of life and a dependent character of“unit person”. Finally,it makes the vitality of social creativity dry up.Today,the process of marketization and corresponding apperance of“free movement of folk resources ”and “the space of free action”, make the reform of the system of unit extremely urgent.
