%X In order to achieve sustainable development of stockbreeding of Tianzhu County, Gansu Province, base on setting up decision-making model, laying stress on characteristics of resources, giving attention to ecological, economical, social benefit, present situation of stockbreeding of Tianzhu County is analyzed and the optimizing scheme of stockbreeding structure is put forward. This will underlie the decision-making for stockbreeding development of Tianzhu County.
