%X Factors of water and climatic fluctuation as well as the secondary salinization problems existing in the sandy land development in Yucheng were analysed and studied. The results showed that if suitable measures applied and stable sandy land agricultural ecological system established, the harm cursed by the unstable factors to the new cultivated land can be reduced or prohibited, and the sustainable agricultural development can be achived.
