%X The severe status and existing problems of eco-environment construction in China are stated. It is pointed out that the ecological province construction is the correct choice of its sustainable development and canimprove the Chinese economic development. The important work of ecological province construction is to set up a scientific development ideology. The correct view-points about China status, resource, benefit, achievement, law and consumption must be set up.
