%X Eco-environment construction in the loess-hilly regions of Yangou Basin was used as a case to analyze investment structure and management of hi-speed,histrength eco-environment engineering in order to harness and optimize investment.Prediction and expectations of future construction investment in eco-environment are discussed.The results offer theoretic foundation for investment mechanism of eco-environment reconstruction in the middle-western regions,especially the loess hilly regions.
