%X At the end of seventies of the last century a high yield record of wheat of 15195kg/hm2 was attained, with the rate of light utilization in growing season reaching actually to 5.9% in Xiangride Town of QinghaiTibet Plateau. What the reason of this high efficiency of light transformation is and whether it can be maintained undeclined are the problems the people are paying more attention to. The author has made an investigation on-the-spot and found that the creative ecological techniques are the leading factors for the high-yield formation. The successful breeding of new varieties, comprehensive application of ecological technology, and establishment of land for ecology are three key supports for the high yield and sustainable development. The progress of ecological techniques as the intrinis variable of economy development in Xiangride is a successful example of creative ecological economy theory and B-model in economy.
