%X This paper mainly discusses the influence of the construction of Zhiganglaka hyd-ropower station in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau on local environment and gives an evaluation of the projects influencing on all aspects of the environment during operation.The eco-environmental status of the Zhiganglaka hydropower station is relatively sensitive and friable.Based on the illumination of the present ecoenvironmental status of the area around the station,the biological productivity of vegetations and the biomass have been measured and the analyzed.According to the primary design of the Zhiganglaka hydropower station,the impacts on biological production of vegetation,biomass,and biodiversity were evaluated.The results show that the eco-environmental impacts of Zhiganglaka hydroelectric station are acceptable.
