%X This paper improves a system structure model in the following respects. First, a multihierarchical system of classification and subsystem are established. Second, relations between units of a system are described by the fuzzy similarity matrix, which is transformed into 0 1 matrix by selecting different cut matrix. The improved model is applied to the hierarchical classification of land resources, and a rational distribution of land resources is achieved.
