%X Fresh water resources are very deficient in the HeiLongGang region of east Hebei Province. But where there are large quantities of saline water and slightly salinized water, tests and practices show that the slightly salinized water of 2-3g/1 can be used; besides, under suitable conditions, the saline water of 4-6g/1 can be used as well. This opens a new road to solve the problems of inadequate water resources of the region.
