%X Soil water is an important natural resource. This article has introduced the dynamic regularity of soil water and the calculated results of water storage. And it has also appraised the water quality briefly. According the main problems found in the study, an effective way is put forward to mitigate the shortage of water resource and to serve as a scientific basis for protecting the water resource.
