%X According to the features of agricultural resources of China,the developmental situations of agriculture and the market requirements, and on the basis of analysing the neccessity and possibility of developing the high-yield, high-quality and high-efficiency agriculture, the basic ways and major countermeasures for rational use of agricultural resources and developing the high-yield,hign-quality and high-efficiency agriculture are put forward in the paper.
