%X The Changbai mountains are famous mountains in China with a large area and abundant tourist resources. The exploitation of tourist resources is to bring the superiority of tourism resources into full play, to carry out tourist activities of many levels according to the characteristics of tourist resources, to pay attention to the overall effect and the protection of ecologlc environment, and to utilize tourist resources rationally. It is the strategic goal to build the Changbai mountains into a famous tourist region at home and abroad.
