%X Based upon the conalyses of favourable conditions, unfavourable factors and the existing problems of the rural natural resources of Shandong Province, the anthor, from macroscopic angle, determines the basic leading thinking and steps for the rural development of Shandong Province, and puts forward the magor strategic measures for the rational exploitation and utilization of rural natural resources.
