李 毅 %A 徐世健 %A 冯虎元 %A 杨晓明 %A 李永才 %A 陈 拓 %A 安黎哲 %J 中国沙漠 %D 2007 %I %X This paper researched the ultra-drying treatment and storage of Ammopiptanthus mongolica(Maxim) Cheng f.and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon seeds.These seeds were desiccated by silica gel.The results showed that the seeds of Ammopiptanthus mongolica and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon had higher desiccation endurance.When seeds were desiccated to 4.67% and 3.89% water content,respectively,the higher viability and vigor could be retained,the cell membrane kept the relatively high integrality,the dehydrogenase activity,a-amylase and respiration intensity were relatively high.It was found that the water contents of 4.67% and 3.89% were the most suitable respectively for seed preservation of Ammopiptanthus mongolica and Zygophyllum xanthoxylon. %K Ammopiptanthus mongolica(Maxim) Cheng f %K Zygophyllum xanthoxylon %K vigor %K ultra-drying storage
