%X The authors established a mathematical model between threshod wind erosion velocity and vegetation coverage based on research achievement of the resistance decomposition rule of the rough boundary layer. This model shows that the threshod wind erosion velocity exponentially increases with vegetation coverage, which has a good agreement with the experiment results. Based on this model, the authors have defined two new concepts of ideal coverage and exemplary coverage, further have indicated the important indication significance in the appraisals of environment good degree and the environment destructiveness.
