盐胁迫下不同的钙盐对小麦幼苗耐盐性的影响 %A Zhang Bao-ze %A
张宝泽 %J 植物学报 %D 1997 %I %X The salt resistance (dry or fresh weight increase) of wheat seedlings was increased by adding Ca(NO3)2 or CaCl2 to the medium under salt stress. The reason was that these chemicals can prevent membrane lipid peroxidation and reduce permeability of the plasmalemma. Furthermoer, they reduce the outward osmosis of nutrient from the cells while preventing the entrance of Na+ into the cells. The results also indicate that Ca(NO3)2 is superior to CaC12 in reducing the salt injury. The different mechanism of the two salts regarding their salt alleviating effects are also discussed. %K
