%X In vitro experiments were carried out, the best medium for multiplying clumpy buds was MS+BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L. Results showed that temperature and photoperiod conditions were essential, and the sucrose concentration and pH value had important effects on bulblet formation.
