%X The in-situ bearing pad test is an important method for measuring rock mass deformation property parameters with wide applications. The measuring points located inside the plate and the calculating formulae are provided in the rock mechanics test regulations. For the sake of understanding overall deformation property parameter of rock masses,increasing measurement points located outside the plate as presented is needed. The calculation formulae of the deformation property parameters and their applications in practical engineering are also presented.
