%X A new numerical approach to model the strain-softening behavior is introduced at first,then aiming at Mohr-Coulomb criterion,evolution of different strength parameters and the corresponding stress-strain curves are studied by means of numerical analysis.Numerical results show that the post-peak part of the stress-strain curve is much influenced by the evolution process of strength parameters;and the confining pressure affects greatly the shape of post-peak curve.Thereby the post-peak part of the stress-stra...
