%X Firstly, based on CT number, a damage variable is proposed with more new meaning. Three new conceptions are put forward, which are positive damage, basic damage, negative damage. Secondly, the generalized theory of strain equality and damage constitutive equation of rock under uniaxial compression are given. Thirdly, the example of the equation is shown. Finally, compared to the traditional damage constitutive equation, the advantages of the one given are listed.
