曹胜根 %A 钱鸣高 %A 缪协兴 %A 刘长友 %J 岩石力学与工程学报 %D 2000 %I %X With increment of the thickness of immediate roof including top coal, the relation curve between roof convergence and support resistance usually is not similar to a hyperbola, so it is not significant to determine the stability of immediate roof including top coal with the maximal roof convergence. The roof stability of face area in fully mechanized mining with top coal caving and the relationship between support resistance and the distance to face are analyzed by using numerical calculation with UDEC program. The calculation results show that the caving of face area is directly related to the support resistance and the support angle in the area with a certain distance to face, and the relation curve between support resistance and roof convergence in face area is similar to a hyperbola.
