Therefore,different influence mechanisms are produced. Slope rockmass is safe if the strength condition is satisfactory. But,surrounding environment will be broken if stiffness is not sufficient. In the light of old mining area surrounding city,the safety definition should assure mining and environment safe. Otherwise,economical benefit may be a negative value. The analysis is made on these problems.
