%X This paper introduces a centrifugal model of test and its analysis of the large retaining wall on clay rock stratum.There are 15 groups of model tests for different types ofretaining wall are made with a special centrifugal test equipment.The testing results arethen studied compared with finite element analysis as well as empirical method.As a result,a model of earth pressure for the design of the retaining wall is put forward and hasplayed an effective role in practice.
