%X The bolting support principle is introduced to support roadways in extremely soft seams of deep coal mine. The maintenance of surrounding rock is controlled by reinforcing two side walls and angles. The deformation of surrounding rock is limited with highresistance and yielding support, the safety is ensured through strengthening the roof. Ended with an engineering instance, a new kind of successful supporting technology is introduced. The roof is reinforced using full column bonded bolts and two side walls and angles are strengthened using partialcolumn bonded bolt with extensible rods.
