%X Studies on the theory and methodology of ecological planning could provide material guide and technical support for sustainable development in mining areas. As one of the most important section of ecological planning in mining areas, sustainable eco environmental managing planning run through the whole producing course. On the basis of sustainable eco environmental construction and management, the framework of eco environmental management system of mining areas was established in this paper. The material methods for confirming the indexes of eco environmental management,recognizing the factory of eco environment and making the decision of eco environmental managing project were also provided.
