%X A kind of cDNA library constructed according to Restriction Display PCR(RD-PCR) technology setup in our lab,which was called restriction cDNA library,was introduced in this paper.In the construction of cDNA library,cDNA was digested with restriction endonuclease,linked with special adaptor,amplified with PCR in groups.Each group of the restriction cDNA library contained special cDNAs.The method greatly reduced the repetitive frequency and accelerated the speed of identification.
