%X Clarke-Carbon equation can give a good estimation for the necessary number of recombinants in a gene library.By establishing a statistical model of process of cloning, a deduction and interpretation of this equation can be obtained according to the principle of binomial distribution.This will help to understand the equation more accurately for the teachers and learners.
