王金雷 %A 朱庆 %A 刘益平 %A 杜华锐 %J 遗传 %D 2008 %I %X SSCP (Single-strand conformation polymorphism, SSCP) technique was applied in this study to analyze the population genetic information about genetic distribution, variation and heterozygosity of PRKAB2(Protein kinase, AMP-activated, beta 2 non-catalytic subunit) gene in five purelines and three crossbreds. The genetic effects of PRKAB2 gene on fiber density and partial carcass traits were also analyzed.
