Here, we summarize the recent advances on the relationship between amphioxus hepatic caecum and the vertebrate liver as well as the origin of growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor (GH/IGF) and thyroid hormone/thyroid hormone receptor (TH/THR) signal pathways, which will provide molecular support to the homology of amphioxus hepatic caecum to verte-brate liver. %K 文昌鱼 %K 肝盲囊 %K 肝脏起源 %K GH/IGF %K TH/THR %U http://www.alljournals.cn/get_abstract_url.aspx?pcid=90BA3D13E7F3BC869AC96FB3DA594E3FE34FBF7B8BC0E591&jid=3E23F50E071DF18E21B2F5AEE4F1FA5E&aid=0020B4AAAE9081437E0606AD749344D7&yid=140ECF96957D60B2&vid=9971A5E270697F23&iid=94C357A881DFC066&sid=B40AD8FE6FA88DE9&eid=D98387EFB283C5E0&journal_id=0253-9772&journal_name=遗传&referenced_num=2&reference_num=36
