%X By using primers that generate DNA segnentS specific for the human Y chromosome, we have successfully carried out primed in situ Digoxigenin labeling at single-Celllevel on the glass slides. The ex-treme speed, simplicity and safety make it possible to be used to detect sex and diagnosis chromosome disorder.
