%X The fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) with murine minor satellite DNA probe and antikinetochore antibodies(CREST staining)techniques were applied to study the kinetochore compositions of micronuclei(MN)induced by a suspect aneugen Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Level) Hutch(THH) in mouse NIH3T3 fibroblast cell lines.The results showed the labeling frequencies of MN with the FISH and CREST were identical 62.1~68.4% and 36.9~42.2% respectively.The precise results of FISH indicated that THH has stronger aneuploidy toxicity.Comparision of the results between the CREST staining and FISH,the minor satellite DNA probe is more suitable to detect the kinetochores in MN.
