%X The paper has investigated chemical components and isotopes: carbon, hydrogen and oxygen of inclusions in metamorphites, migmatites and dike rocks from Ailaoshan, Yunnan province. The results indicate that metamorphic fluids in them possess many sources and complex components: immiscible water, carbon dioxide and organic material, which can not be mixed up with each other. The water mostly comes from ancient sea and atmosphere but a little from magma; while organic material from ancient life form. The majority of carbon dioxide is originated in carbonate rock while the minority in organic material. All these fluids are drived to be active by tectogenesis. Then they not only become the transiting medium of forming ore material and take part in rebuilding the rocks, but also are the important source of pegmatite fluid in the region.
