%X The high producing gas well situated on Yinan Structural nose zone,Yinan 2 appearing,the lower Jurassic formation could be responsible for one of the much more favourable reservoir in the Yiqikelec area,Kuqa depression of Tarim Basin. Wovertheless,three wells that followed,Yinan 4,Yishen 4,Yinan 4,show less evidence to go along with the view and raise a number of fundamental geologic questions,Whether gas source rocks,fault-structure and reservoir result in the situation the authors set about the reservoir's geologic features and pay close attention to analyzing the organic inclusion of the layer.Based on the research,the paper were clearly illustrate the accumulation and preservation conditions of the lower Jurassic formation in the eastern region of Kuqe depression,which are key factors forming hydrocarbon reservoir.
