%X Frame Synchronizer is one of the key devices in satellite ground receiving stations. Based on the rapid progress of the FPGA technology, a high-speed remote-sensing multi-satellites universal frame synchronizer is developed. The analysis of key technology and system performance is described. The Universal Frame Synchronizer features high density, small size and high noise-tolerant capability. Such a single standalone frame synchronizer can be used for most national and international remote-sensing satellites.
