%X This research paper first analyzes the deficiency of OPAC system which is the subsystem of the library management system,then puts forward some advices for the improvement of the system,that is,to display location maps of library documents in OPAC system.The research paper takes the OPAC system made by Jiangsu Huiwen Software Company as an example,and focuses on the feasibility and processes of database construction,background bookshelf management and foreground bookshelf display.Related key techniques are analyzed and explained in detail in the research paper.
