By using the reciprocity, the emissivity is also calculated. Numerical results simulate the change of the backscattering and emissivity of the vegetationcanopies and their correlation during whole growth period. Theoretical results arecompared with the measurements of active and passive remote sensing of severalvegetation canopies.
