%X Books bar code printed of back cover of books and International Standard Book Number(ISBN) of the books published formally have close relations.To understand their meaning and define the conversion relation between them is very important for designing applications in library management information system (especially interview and check the heavy subsystem),and the serial number question with the books bar code in publishing house.The article introduces the meaning of them and the transfer algorithm.
