%X Aiming to understand the development of psychometrics in recent 15 years,the study analyzed the co-cited network of the related papers in Web of Science database during 1998～2011.Using information visualization software based on citation analysis,the paper summarized the most important literatures and described the results of clustering.The Intellectual Base of Psychometrics was figured out and discussed,which consist of algorithm and modeling of IRT,Structural Equation Model related with construct validity,reliability,Differential Item Function related with fairness of test,and dimension detecting related with IRT.
