%X This paper discusses such factors as the hardware, the software and the bibliographic data which are needed to realize the regional cooperative acquisition by taking advantage of TOTALS system. It also introduces the process of the regional cooperative acquisition and the methods of the on-line bibliographic retrieval. It gives an analysis of the deficiency and the prospect of this kind of coordination in the end.
