%X Based on the basic logics of hypertext retrieval and the coretechniques of Internet/WWW applications,this paper describes the design of the network based system mechanism,function module structure,and CGI programs of a web based tranferrable full hypertext driven bibliographic retrieval system,independent of specific data structures of system tools.This work also explores the ways and means of building such systems.
