%X Cooperate online resource cataloguing is the working form that has been long expected in the circle of library cataloguing, and it expresses the highest stage and level for library cataloguing technology. Starting from the meaning of Cooperate online resource cataloguing, this paper emphatically analyzed its characteristics, approaches and basic process, then pointed out the corresponding countermeasures that should be taken for universities union catalogue online in Hebei province.
