%X The library network is the basic construction project applied in the“21l project” in Nanjing University of Science and Technology. The paper in-troduce the objects of netwotk project, the principles of the system design,se-lecting devices and system configuration. Applying theory to practice, the de-signers make some summaries through applying the network prohject.
