%X In order to control the quality of book acquisition, extend the sources and modes of book acquisition and reduce the random or disorder in book collection, the paper brings forward how to construct the Library Collections Development Service System, which can gather all new book catalogs , review books, select books on Website, purchase books uniformly and download catalog datas of MARC format.
