%X Premises Distribution System is the foundation of the intelligent library buildings. For insuring its quantity, the library musts enhance the test and check for engineering quantity. The essay suggests that the check of engineering must impenetrate the all links of the engineering, including check of the design, check of the material, check of the engineering quantity, check at the engineering end. And discusses the check for each link of engineering.
