%X The human factor has become the most straightforward and influential force imposed upon web security. Various immoral behaviors on the web have cautioned people to pay close attention to the construction of web morality of humankind. Strenuous efforts must be made to the study of web ethic theory, laying down concrete stipulations and regulations, as well as strengthening web ethic education. These are not only the principal measures to deepen web ethic construction, but also a powerful guarantee of web security.
