%X To provide some best WWW services in Internet and improve the context and quality of the web site, we must analyze the running and access of the web server in detail. Beginning with the theory of analyzing the Web log file, this paper discusses the importance of using log file analysis in user behavior analyzing, designing homepage and qaining user feedback, and also analyzes the web server log more perfectly by the example of Peking University Library.
