%X This paper introduces the basic theory of enterprise' s information literacy, puts forward Why and How of the evaluation of enterprise' s information literacy, designs the index system of enterprise' s information literacy. Finally, this paper analyses some material research methods of the evaluation of enterprise' s information literacy.
