%X With the network technology and computer technology, the information service has been developed at a more rapid speed, and information service based network provide people high quality of service. But as a matter of fact, many departments that specialized in information service, face so much difficult in the road to digitalize thoroughly. At first, simply to digitalize traditional information cannot provide services than can satisfy users. Secondly, to organize the contents scattered in Internet, but has the conflict that between unordered resources in Internet and ordered information requirements by people. So, utilize the AI technology to develop the intelligent network knowledge service system come to a point. This paper put forward a scheme to realize this sort of service.
