%X An evaluation indicator system for synthetically evaluating the development of cascaded hydropower station is established.The system multi-level gray entropy optimization model is put forward through the decision influence factors of water conservancy and hydropower schemes is divided into sub-systems based on the system theory and the each sub-system is constituted by some evaluation indicators.Firstly,according to the gray correlation coefficient of evaluation indicators,the indicators weight is computer by the entropy weight method.Then,the correlation degree matrix of each sub-system is get and each sub-system weight is similarly calculated.Finally,the system general evaluation correlation degree is computed according to the sub-system weight and gray correlation coeficient and the water conservancy hydropower schemes is sequenced by the evaluation correlation degree.The model is applied in 7 cascaded hydropower stations of Tibet Niyang River Basin and a proper station building order is achieved.
