%X The dependent function can describe the extension set and is an important research part of the extension theory.Because of the system's complexity and uncertain information,the value of basic element's characters should be denoted by intervals.Using the distance and norm of interval,we construct the general interval location value,so the interval elementary dependent function is proposed,which optimum value is at the midpoint of the positive field,and some properties are obtained.The formulas unify that the intervals have same or different endpoint and may be more universal.
